Northshore

Northshore is located immediately north of Liverpool city centre and is focused on the A565 Atlantic Avenue corridor.

The area includes both operational and historic dockland areas and the local economy is predictably strong in the maritime and port-related sectors.

The areas maritime heritage is reflected in its World Heritage Site status, the dock wall and the Stanley Dock complex are significant components of Liverpool’s maritime history.

Liverpool Vision is working with developers, existing businesses and the community to ensure that the commercial opportunities in Northshore can provide jobs for the residents of North Liverpool and beyond.

The area is home to a range of businesses but large scale development opportunities remain, particularly in two core sites – Central Docks and Stanley Docks.
