ACME offers free Liverpool music industry seminar
Merseyside creative sector support agency ACME has organised a free Liverpool masterclass for music managers and those working with bands or artists.
In the Backseat, being held at Leaf in Bold Street on Thursday, will offer general advice on getting on in the music industry.
It has been organised in conjunction with Liverpool Sound City.
A panel of experts has been assembled for the event from sectors including law, artist management and public relations.
ACME director Kevin McManus said: “All our masterclasses are designed to give people in the music and digital industries in Liverpool, whether they are established in their careers or looking to break in, a better understanding of how the industry works from those who are making it work.
“Interest in working in the music industry has never waned, but it is more difficult than ever to establish a foothold.”
