Approach A580 Gateway
The Approach A580 Gateway is located to the north east of Liverpool city centre. Thanks to its position close to a junction of the M57, the area has excellent links to the national motorway network. The A580 East Lancashire Road - from which the area takes its name - is also the key arterial link between Liverpool and Manchester.
The Approach A580 Gateway has particular strengths in the manufacturing, logistics, service and food sectors with major local employers including Vertex, Jacobs, QVC and TJ Morris.

Stonebridge Park
Stonebridge Park
A 29-hectare ‘green’ development fronting the A580 in Gillmoss, will generate up to 1,500 jobs within 33,400 sq m of new office and light industrial accommodation, set within a park-style setting.
Stonebridge Business Park will create a sustainable wetland drainage system and an outstanding natural ecology habitat which could support a population of water voles and red squirrels.
Brookfield Business Park
Priority Sites is the developer behind the scheme, where up to 12,400 sq m of new light industrial space and 300 jobs will eventually be created.
